$100-150 IFS SELF Leadership Therapeutic 90 minute bimonthly group session
$100-150 IFS SELF Leadership 90 minute Group Consult
$125-175 IFS SELF Leadership 60 minute Individual Consult
Sliding scale available upon request and consideration of extenuating circumstances related to financial hardship and/or historically oppressed / marginalized people
Insurance reimbursement
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan for out of network provider reimbursement.
- How long do I have to turn in super bills to my insurance provided by my therapist?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What kind of therapy is covered by my insurance -groups, couples, family etc?
- What is the amount allowed per therapy session?
- Please check directly with your insurance representative as it is your responsibility to ensure accurate coverage if you are using insurance.
Superbills
- I am happy to provide a Super Bill clinical receipt for services, as needed if you qualify for out of network services and would like to be reimbursed by your insurance company you can submit this information upon receiving it in your email within a week typically of your session or in bulk at your discretion.
Payment
Credit card, debit card and HSA card payment is due at the time of service and can be paid on my Segura Studios Simple Practice Portal.
Reduced fee services are available under special circumstances and on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
