NEW! iRest ® Yoga Nidra classes three days a week!

Regina is excited to announce a new type of class combining gentle movement, breath and meditation called iRest Yoga Nidra:

"iRest Yoga Nidra, one of the principal programs offered by the Integrative Restoration Institute, is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that:

  • releases negative emotions and thought patterns
  • calms the nervous system
  • develops a deep capacity to meet any and all circumstances you may encounter in life

Research has shown that iRest Yoga Nidra effectively reduces:

  • PTSD
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Chronic pain
  • Chemical dependency



Classes run three times a week:

Fridays: 5:45-7 p.m.

Monday: 10:45 a.m.-12 p.m.

Wednesdays: 1:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.

Artful Meditation on the Chakras Series II Starts up again this Spring!

Join Regina Segura and Laura Cameron once again this Spring for some creative mindful fun exploring the Chakras!

Each class will focus on a specific chakra energy, paired with a mindfulness exercise around a specific art technque. At the end of the class you'll leave with a lovely piece of Mindful Art to use in your own meditation practice.

No prior art or meditation experience necessary! Sign up for all 7 classes, or sign up a la carte. Cost of entire series is $280 which includes all materials. Weekly Mindfulness for Writers Group/Open Mic

Join Regina and other writers for a calm and supportive space to meditate, free write and share your writing with others. Group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.. Bring your laptop/tablet, or a pen and paper and get inspired!




Weekly Mindfulness Meditation (by invitation only)

Every Thursday evening, Regina facilitates a Mindfuness Meditiation group for those who are coping with trauma, depression and anxiety. If you are in need of a safe space for self-healing, please contact Regina directly to sign up. These sessions may be covered by your health insurance--please check your plan for eligibility.
